Each piece is handmade just for you, which means there’s no live tracking while it’s being crafted. But as soon as your order’s on its way, you’ll hear from us with all the tracking deets. (Hot tip: check your junk folder if nothing pops up!)
Once you’ve got your tracking number, it’s up to you to keep tabs on your parcel as it makes its way home.

Every House of Hide piece is made with genuine leather, cowhide, suede, napa, or milled and each type has its own personality. Natural marks like stretch lines, scars, or subtle grain shifts aren’t flaws, they’re part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.
Suede Girls, Take Note:
Suede is soft and stunning, but she’s a little high-maintenance. Use a suede protector before wear, steer clear of water, oils, and dark denim (trust us on that one), and brush gently if needed to freshen her up.
Hand-Painted Pieces:
If you’ve got a bag that’s been hand-painted consider it art. It’s been sealed for protection, but it’s still delicate. No harsh cleaners or waterproof sprays, please. Chemicals can mess with the paintwork.
Storage Tips:
Keep your bag looking its best by storing it in a dust bag when not in use. Avoid long spells in direct sun or damp spots. Think of it as wearable art give it the same care you would a special jacket or pair of boots, and it’ll be with you for years to come.
