When you pre-order with us, you’re reserving a piece that’s being made just for you. No dusty warehouse shelves.
Turnaround Time
Pre-orders arrive within 4 to 5 weeks across Australia. That covers the time it takes to source materials, handcraft your piece, give it a once-over for quality, and get it on the road.
If you're outside of Australia, delivery might take a little longer depending on customs and postal delays.
Keep in mind, these timeframes are estimates, sometimes customs or courier delays are out of our hands. But good things really do take time, and we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Tracking & Updates
Pre-orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks across Australia. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking info. If you don’t see it check your junk folder. After that, it’s up to you to follow the tracking link as your parcel makes its way to you.
A Quick Note on Timing
We’re proudly slow fashion. That means no overproduction, no cutting corners, just thoughtful, ethical craftsmanship in small batches. Because of that, we don’t offer refunds if delivery takes a little longer than expected.

Not happy? We accept returns for store credit. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original/resellable condition with original tags and packaging intact. We inspect every return before processing – takes 3–5 business days.
Return postage is your responsibility (use tracked), but original shipping isn't refundable. If something arrives faulty, contact us with your order number and photos.
