When you pre-order with us, you’re reserving a piece that’s being made just for you. No dusty warehouse shelves.
Turnaround Time
Pre-orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks across Australia. That covers the time it takes to source materials, handcraft your piece, give it a once-over for quality, and get it on the road.
If you're outside of Australia, delivery might take a little longer depending on customs and postal delays.
Keep in mind, these timeframes are estimates, sometimes customs or courier delays are out of our hands. But good things really do take time, and we promise it’ll be worth the wait.
