Made to Order
Our boots aren't mass-produced, they're made just for you. When you order with us, you're reserving a piece that's being made just for you. No dusty warehouse shelves.
Estimated Timing
Your boots will be ready to ship in around 5 weeks. That allows time for sourcing premium leather, careful crafting, and a final quality check before they hit the road. If you're ordering internationally, delivery may take a little longer depending on customs and local carriers.
Keep in mind, these timeframes are estimates; sometimes customs or courier delays are out of our hands. But good things really do take time, and we promise it'll be worth the wait.

We're all about doing things the slow and thoughtful way, so to keep things gentle on the planet, we ship orders in monthly bulk batches. It takes a little longer, but it's a whole lot kinder.
Each piece is crafted just for you, which means there's no live tracking while it's being made. But as soon as your order's on its way, you'll hear from us with all the tracking deets. (Hot tip: check your junk folder if nothing pops up!)
Once you've got your tracking number, it's up to you to keep tabs on your parcel as it makes its way home.
And just a little heads-up: we're a proud slow fashion brand. No mass production. No waste. Just thoughtful, ethical pieces made with love. That means if your delivery takes longer than expected, we can't offer refunds but trust us, the wait is so worth it.

Not happy? We accept returns for store credit. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original/resellable condition with original tags and packaging intact. We inspect every return before processing – takes 3–5 business days.
Return postage is your responsibility (use tracked), but original shipping isn't refundable. If something arrives faulty, contact us with your order number and photos.
