Each choker is made to order and ships in around 4 to 5 weeks. That gives our makers time to source, stitch, and perfect every detail before sending it on its way. If you're overseas, your parcel may take a little longer to arrive depending on local customs and shipping times.

To keep things planet-friendly (and budget-friendly), we send monthly bulk shipments. It's a slower pace but a more conscious one. Your choker will arrive within 4 to 5 weeks across Australia.

Once your choker ships, we'll send tracking details straight to your inbox. (Can't see it? Give your junk folder a quick check.) From there, it's your job to keep an eye on its journey home.
The Fine Print
We're all about slow fashion, ethical sourcing, small batches, and no overproduction. Because of this, we don't offer refunds if your choker takes a little longer than expected to arrive. We truly appreciate your patience and your support for handcrafted pieces that are made to last.
Not happy? We accept returns for store credit. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original/resellable condition with original tags and packaging intact. We inspect every return before processing – takes 3–5 business days.
Return postage is your responsibility (use tracked), but original shipping isn't refundable. If something arrives faulty, contact us with your order number and photos.
