Each pair is handmade just for you, which means there’s no live tracking while it’s being crafted. But as soon as your order’s on its way, you’ll hear from us with all the tracking deets. (Hot tip: check your junk folder if nothing pops up!)
Once you’ve got your tracking number, it’s up to you to keep tabs on your parcel as it makes its way home.
And just a little heads-up: we’re a proud slow fashion brand. No mass production. No waste. Just thoughtful, ethical pieces made with love. That means if your delivery takes longer than expected, we can’t offer refunds but trust us, the wait is so worth it.

Not happy? We accept returns for store credit. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original/resellable condition with original tags and packaging intact. We inspect every return before processing – takes 3–5 business days.
Return postage is your responsibility (use tracked), but original shipping isn't refundable. If something arrives faulty, contact us with your order number and photos.

I'm normally an Aussie 10 (EU 41) and went up to a 42 so I could wear them with a comfy sock, and that was the right call. As a plus size woman, finding boots that fit properly through the calf is usually a struggle, but these sit beautifully with no pinching or gaping. Best part? No wearing in needed. I put them on and they were comfortable straight away. And the pink is gorgeous. If you're between sizes or like a thicker sock, size up one. Full disclosure, I work with House of Hide on social media, but I bought these myself and this is my honest take.
